  • The ½ bath is located between the garage and the kitchen.  It features a black, solid granite vessel sink and base with rustic edges and is accented with genuine Mother of Pearl shells for the backsplash. 
  • Office/6th bedroom has a wall that could accommodate your flat panel T.V.   It could be a media room/kids room or this room can have closet doors installed if one desired a 6th bedroom.    The hall has a door opening that could have double doors to separate this living space and bedroom suite from the rest of the home for an in-laws wing. 
  • The downstairs bath features limestone marble and a glass vessel sink with a gorgeous curved glass tile backsplash and shower accents.   A lot of design effort was made to complete this harmonious classy design.
